Q: My product is missing the assembly instructions / I've lost the instruction booklet that came with my product.
A: We've provided some of our most popular product instructions in PDF format for you to download (in the left column on this page). If you do not see your specific product listed, please fill our Customer Service Request Form with the product name, where you purchased it (school book fair, club flyer, Costco, etc.), and the specific item you need. Please be sure to include your name and address (so we can mail you any replacements as quickly as possible!).
Q: If a part is missing or broken, how can I get a replacement?
A: Fill out our Customer Service Request Form with the product name, where you purchased it (school book fair, club flyer, Costco, etc.), and describe the problem in detail. Please be sure to include your name and address (so we can mail you any replacement parts as quickly as possible!).
Q: The light bulb has burnt out on my Fiber Optic Lamp, Sun, Earth, and Moon, or Night Sky Planetarium. Where can I find a replacement?
